Our judicial and legislative branches require a thorough review and overhaul to eliminate practices that are illegal, unconstitutional, or simply not in the best interest of the people. From my current vantage point some practices that need immediate attention include:

– Judges accepting favors and gifts
– Judicial temperament towards defendants
Upon taking office, I will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and provide detailed findings and corrective recommendations to ensure these branches operate with integrity and transparency. I will also invite both branches to review the executive branch to provide my administration with suggestion in kind, to foster mutual accountability and improvement.
– Ensuring Nonprofit Integrity:
Nonprofit organizations must adhere strictly to their purpose and eliminate all discrimination from their organizations. We will scrutinize nonprofits to ensure they are not exploiting their status and are genuinely serving the public good.
– Reforming Political Parties and News Media:
Many citizens feel disillusioned and unheard of, partly because our government has been taken over by party politics. The Democratic and Republican parties have, over time, operated more like organized crime groups, dividing our nation into two cults and undermining true democracy. This has been exacerbated by their media arms, MSNBC and Fox News, which have misled, propagandized, brainwashed and polarized the public since both of their inceptions in 1996. As a result, citizens have become a slave to these ill-intentioned parties.
– I will implement an indefinite suspension of both Fox News and MSNBC, as they were formed to deceive and brainwash the American citizen on behalf of the parties. The current division in our Union can be attributed to these parties’ media arms manipulating public opinion.
This manipulation has turned the news into a tool for division rather than a source of information, a stark contrast to the era when newspapers prided themselves on accurate reporting.
– Both the Democratic and Republican parties will face a moratorium of 18-36 months to reform and realign their operations to truly serve the American people. Their actions have led to a system where these parties confuse being in the government with being the government, a reality that has distorted our democratic processes.
– CNN will also be included in this ban to ensure that all major news sources adhere to standards of accuracy and integrity.
– Revamping Public Trust in Industries:
Industries that hold public trust or receive government funds, including the pharmaceutical sector and communications sector, will be subject to a thorough review of their contracts. Any evidence of bribes or campaign contributions will result in the nullification of contracts and renegotiations to ensure fairness and accountability.

The root cause of poverty is the limited ways to acquire money—currently, there are only three ways: earning money, being given money, or stealing money. To eliminate poverty, we need a fourth way. Policy Proposal: Ending Campaign Contributions as Bribes
The greatest problem facing the United States today is the undue influence of lobbyists and campaign contributions on our political system. Campaign contributions, whether from individuals, corporations, or political action committees, function as legalized bribes. These contributions skew political alignment and decision-making in favor of those who provide financial support, undermining the principles of democracy and fair representation.
Imagine a political landscape where our elected officials are free from the chains of financial influence, not needing to raise money, not needing to cower to donors, and focusing solely on the needs and well-being of their constituents. Such a system would foster trust in government, as policies and laws would be crafted with the genuine intention of serving the public good. The current system, however, creates an environment ripe for corruption, essentially forcing politicians to take bribes to fund their campaigns, making thieves out of our leaders. They come in with great intentions and leave corrupted automatically. That’s what our current system produces.
The Problem: Campaign contributions are essentially bribes. They result in favorable outcomes for donors, is exactly what would occur if a politician accepted an outright bribe. Current regulations around campaign contributions—such as limits on how much can be given, when, and how—do not mitigate their corrupting influence or illegality. Instead, they create a façade of legality while maintaining the same problematic results. What is illegal can’t be covered over with a pretty box, or official guidelines to be made legal. What is illegal is illegal and my administration will enforce the law. This matter is as great a threat to our national security as anything/way.
Policy Proposal: Campaign Finance Reform
1. Ban on Direct Campaign Contributions: – All direct campaign contributions to candidates or parties will be banned. Any attempt to provide or accept such contributions will be treated as a bribe under the law.
2. Establishment of a Central Campaign Fund: – A Central Campaign Fund will be created to collect all donations. This fund will be managed transparently and independently of any political influence. – Funds will be distributed based on the percentage of votes each party received in the previous election, ensuring fair and impartial allocation. – Donors can choose to contribute to a specific election or to the central fund, ensuring no favoritism toward any party or candidate.
3. Encouragement of Policy-Driven Campaigning: – By eliminating the need to raise money directly, parties will be encouraged to focus on developing policies and ideas that resonate with voters. – This system will allow new parties to emerge and compete based on the popularity of their policies and their ability to engage citizens.
4. Public Financing Supplement: – To ensure sufficient funding, a small percentage of the GDP will be allocated to the Central Campaign Fund if donations are insufficient. – Specifically, .00001% of the GDP will be added to the fund every four years. For example, if .00001% of the GDP equals $5 billion, the fund will receive up to $5 billion to supplement any shortfall in donations. – This guarantees that all parties have the resources needed for effective campaigning.

Addressing Extreme Greed: Industries that have eliminated residual pay for talent will be scrutinized. Capitalism is a gift, but it must not allow a few to get richer while taking from the system and others.
Strengthening Family Unity: We will address issues related to fathers and custody to ensure a balanced approach to support and visitation. Families with two parents will receive support to achieve this balance.
Overhauling Foster and Orphan Programs: Instead of removing children from their homes, we will insert professionals into homes like a rehab to support the entire family. By healing the family unit, we will reduce crime and save money.
